Mr. Greenwood is a Managing Director in Private Capital Solutions group at GQG Partners. He co-leads the PCS business and oversees the entire PCS investment process. He is particularly active in sourcing investment opportunities, performing due diligence, structuring investments, and negotiating terms. Prior to GQG, Mr. Greenwood was a co-founder of Northern Lights Capital Partners (now Pacific Current Group), where he functioned as the firm’s CEO and CIO, leading the firm’s sourcing, investment, and portfolio management teams. Prior to Northern Lights, Paul served as Director of US Equity for Russell Investment Group, (“Russell”), where he managed a team of more than 20 investment professionals who were responsible for all of Russell’s U.S. equity-oriented portfolio management and research activities. He also served as a Russell spokesperson and authored many articles and research commentaries related to investment manager evaluation. Mr. Greenwood graduated with a BA in Finance from Washington State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
